1Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Hearing aids in original, unused condition with all accessories
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
- Product not matching the description on the website
- Damaged during shipping (report within 24 hours)
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or personalized hearing aids (e.g., custom ear molds)
- Products used or tried outside of authorized HearClear trials
- Products without original packaging and accessories
- Batteries and consumable accessories (unless defective)
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
2How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your product:

Get Return Authorization
Our team will verify your eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Schedule Pickup
We'll arrange a free pickup from your address, or you can drop it off at the nearest HearClear clinic.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

Note: For EMI purchases, the refund will be credited to your bank account. Any EMI charges or interest already paid will be refunded by your bank as per their policy.
4Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or variant:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The original product must be in unused condition with all accessories
- Price differences will be adjusted (additional payment or refund)
- Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange
We recommend visiting a HearClear clinic for exchanges so our audiologists can help you find the perfect fit.
5Warranty & Repairs
All hearing aids from HearClear come with manufacturer warranty:
- Standard Warranty: 1-2 years depending on the brand and model
- Extended Warranty: Available for purchase on select products
- Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects, component failures
- Not Covered: Physical damage, water damage, misuse, battery issues
For warranty claims, contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.
6Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund, processed within 24-48 hours
- After Dispatch: You may refuse delivery; standard return policy applies
- Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has begun
