7Delivery Issues

Undelivered Orders:

  • If you're unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • In such cases, you can request reshipment or a full refund

Damaged Package:

  • If you receive a damaged package, DO NOT accept it
  • If opened and damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours
  • We'll arrange free replacement or refund

Wrong/Missing Items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We'll ship the correct/missing items at no extra cost

Prefer to pick up your order in person? You can choose to collect your hearing aids from any of our35+ clinic locations across India.

  • Select "Clinic Pickup" during checkout
  • No shipping charges for clinic pickup
  • Get your hearing aids fitted by our audiologist at the time of pickup
  • Pick up within 7 days of order confirmation
